The Jewish State extended offers of intelligence and security assistance to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) after the Houthi Rebels attacked Abu Dhabi earlier this week; Bennett: Israel stands with the UAE. I stand with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed. The world should stand against terror.

Early this week, the Yemen-based Houthi Rebels officially began a new chapter of attacks in the Gulf Region, this time attacking the UAE – more specifically, Abu Dhabi. The Iranian-funded terror group is heavily engaged in the Yemeni Civil War to overthrow the internationally-recognized government and has made multiple headlines due to its explosive-laden drone attacks in Saudi Arabia.

Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett responded to the attack, stating, “I strongly condemn the terrorist attacks in Abu Dhabi carried out by the Iranian-backed Houthis and send condolences to the families of the innocent victims.” He added, “Israel stands with the UAE. I stand with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed. The world should stand against terror.”

He also offered Israel’s assistance in the areas of intelligence and security.

The attack just days ago resulted in the deaths of three people and at least six additional injuries. The drone and missile attack from the Houthis also led to the explosion of at least one oil tank. In a separate attack, Saudi officials reported that the Saudi Kingdom’s air defense system intercepted eight missiles.
