Islamic Jihad fires a minimum of 5 rockets into Israel, breaking the already fragile ceasefire; Israeli Air Force (IAF) responds with strikes, injuring four Islamic jihad militants; IDF Spokesperson: The IDF considers the ceasefire breach and launching of rockets towards Israel very severe.

On Thursday, the Islamic jihad broke what was already a very fragile ceasefire agreement between Gaza and Israel when they fired a minimum of 5 more rockets. The attack was met with a response from the Israeli Air Force (IAF), which left 4 IJ militants injured. The Islamic Jihad has now launched 450+ rockets into Israel since Tuesday, resulting in zero fatalities.

In response to the attacks from Gaza, a spokesman for the IDF stated, “The IDF considers the ceasefire breach and launching of rockets towards Israel very severe, is in high readiness and will continue to work, as much as necessary, against attempts to harm Israeli civilians.” Several towns were subject to alarms in the wake of the incoming rockets.
