The Iranian-sponsored terror regime residing in the Gaza Strip launched two rockets into southern Israel on Tuesday amid the historic agreement between Israel and the Gulf States being celebrated in Washington D.C.; Several injuries are reported.

Representatives from Israel, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Bahrain met at the White House on Tuesday to partake in the ceremony celebrating the historic diplomatic agreement between Israel and the Gulf States of the UAE & Bahrain. Sadly, but not surprisingly, the Iranian-backed terror organization of Hamas, which is headquartered in the Gaza Strip, made sure to draw attention to themselves by launching rockets into southern Israel.

As Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made his statement at the White House, two rockets were fired toward the area of Ashkelon. Reports indicate that at least a dozen people were injured after Israel’s rocket alarm system sounded; some by shrapnel and others likely making their way to their bomb shelter. However, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) was able to neutralize one of the rockets.

Revealing their true colors, a senior Fatah official stated, “A question to the United States of America, Israel, Bahrain and the UAE: Will the signing of the normalization agreement at the White House now prevent these missiles from leaving Gaza tonight to Israel? Peace begins in Palestine and war begins in Palestine.”

Defense Minister Benny Gantz responded to their hostility in stating, “On this historic evening, we received a reminder from our enemies that it is on us to always be strong and prepared to protect the residents of Israel in every arena and at every moment.”

Additionally, two militants from Gaza were arrested on Tuesday upon illegally entering Israel. Israel is yet to respond with military action.
