The European Union (EU) has voted to declare a climate emergency; This comes a week before the next United Nations climate summit in Madrid, Spain; Canfin: The fact that Europe is the first continent to declare a climate and environmental emergency… is a strong message sent to citizens and the rest of the world.
On Thursday, the European Union (EU) voted overwhelmingly to declare a climate emergency. The 429 to 225 vote comes a week before the next United Nations (UN) climate summit in Madrid, Spain. The chair of the parliament’s environment committee, Pascal Canfin, who is also responsible for proposing the resolution, stated, “The fact that Europe is the first continent to declare a climate and environmental emergency, just before the UN summit, when the new Commission takes office, and three weeks after Donald Trump confirmed the United States’ withdrawal from the Paris Agreement, is a strong message sent to citizens and the rest of the world.”
Europe is no stranger to climate emergency declarations, as France, Spain, and the United Kingdom have all passed similar resolutions before. Additionally, as the only countries outside of Europe to follow suit, Argentina, Bangladesh, and Canada have all declared a climate emergency. That being said, what is interesting about this resolution is that its goal is to impact ALL of the European Union, rather than just select countries.
Canfin would take his celebration to Twitter, writing, “We have done it!
Thanks to all the support and proud to have gathered a large majority in the European Parliament to make Europe the first continent to declare a climate and environmental emergency. We are today meeting the expectations of European citizens.” Interestingly enough, you wouldn’t think someone would be so excited to declare an emergency, let alone, one that should be met with heavy skepticism.
What’s the big deal?
If there’s one thing you can quickly notice about the climate change hysteria, it’s that it is overwhelmingly capable of controlling the masses, and that’s exactly what we’re seeing, and that’s exactly what is was designed to do. The hysteria has grown exponentially since the turn of the century, and the current generation of young people is being heavily influenced by it.
The Bible describes the man of sin, the Antichrist, as a man who will have the reins for a world government handed over to him. Involved with this will also be a world religion that will help subject all things under his evil control. The Bible indicates that this man is going to rise from what we now know as Europe (Daniel 7). This climate change hysteria is doing nothing but screaming for the world to let the globalist regime have more control. Eventually, things are going to get to the point where the economic, political, and even religious platforms of the world are going to be right where Satan wants them in order for this man to take control.
“Thus he said: ‘The fourth beast will be a fourth kingdom on the earth, which will be different from all the other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth and tread it down and crush it. As for the ten horns, out of this kingdom ten kings will arise; and another will arise after them, and he will be different from the previous ones and will subdue three kings. ‘He will speak out against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times and in law; and they will be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time.”
