Netanyahu calls emergency cabinet meeting amidst terror attacks

20 wounded and 3 killed in attacks in Jerusalem and Ra’anana; Emergency cabinet meeting in session

Three Israelis were murdered and over 20 wounded in 4 terror attacks in just 4 hours through out Israel. As a result of severe attacks Tuesday, Prime Minister Netanyahu called for an emergency cabinet meeting Tuesday afternoon.

On Tuesday morning 22-year-old terrorist stabbed a 32-year-old in the neck and stomach in the town of Ra’anana . Civilians subdued the terrorist, both the victim and terrorist rushed to a nearby hospital. Just an hour later in Ra’anana , a terrorist from East Jerusalem stabbed four, one in critical condition. The terrorist was stopped by a civilian who hit him with his car. Civilians subdued the terrorist until police arrived.

Three were murdered and 17 injured in Jerusalem in what security officials now believe to have been planned, simultaneous terror attacks.

In one of the attacks, two terrorists boarded a bus armed with a knife and gun, locking the door. One of the terrorist reportedly attempted to kill the driver and drive away with the bus.

One of six victims of the attack was killed during the attack and one pronounced dead while hospitalized. Security forces were able to break the door, killing one of the terrorists and neutralizing the second.

In the second attack, an Israeli-Arab terrorist drove his vehicle into a bus stop, killing one and wounded three others. The terrorist was driving a company vehicle. The victim killed was Rabbi Yeshayahu Krishevsky.

Hamas praised the terror attacks and stated that they are a “message to anyone who harms our holy places. We call to continue the intifada, which is the natural response to the world’s silence.”
