Four attacks reported so far Friday; First attack carried out by Jewish teenager in Dimona as “revenge”; Riots from Gaza Strip
In a fourth attack Friday, a female terrorist attempted to stab a security guard in Afula, northern Israel. The terrorist was shot and hospitalized for moderate wounds.
Earlier on Friday, a terrorist attempted to attack a police officer and steal his gun during a routine security check in Kiryat Arba. The terrorist was shot by the police, the victim lightly wounded.
On Friday morning, a 15-year old was stabbed in Jerusalem, the terrorist neutralized by police.
And in Dimona, a Jewish 17-year old attacked four Bedouin. Police found the first victim and from a description were able to arrest the culprit. He is being questioned by authorities but stated that the attack was “revenge” for the wave of violence and attacks across Israel.
Six Palestinians from the Gaza Strip were shot and killed by IDF troops during a violent riot on the border with Israel Friday afternoon into Friday evening.
The rioters threw stones at IDF troops and patrol vehicles along the border.
According to reports over 400 rioters were present and 60 wounded from IDF gunfire.
