Following the Israeli airstrike on Friday night, the Iranian base near Damascus is gone and with it scores of Iranian soldiers. The reported airstrike puts Syria and Iran on notice.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu pre-recorded a speech a day earlier in which he pledged NOT to allow the Iranians to entrench themselves militarily in Syria and by doing so threaten Israel’s security.
President Donald Trump will announce on Wednesday that the USA recognizes JERUSALEM as the capital of Israel to soften the pressure from Jewish and Evangelical Christians. On Friday, Trump will have to sign a semi-annual waiver of the 1995 Jerusalem Embassy Act.
The Jerusalem Embassy Act requires the State Department to relocate the embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. If Trump doesn’t sign the waiver, the embassy will automatically be moved to Jerusalem, in accordance with the law.
The embassy will stay in Tel Aviv for the moment. Israel will be OK with it. Rallying Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Bahrein to support the Israeli actions against Iran’s expansion is far more important at the moment!
These are all amazing developments in historical proportions.
The world is getting ready! Are you?
“…And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts…”
